Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to learn about the club, use our website, and take part in our dinners.

Our approach

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is our accessibility target, not a claim that every page or third-party service fully meets the standard.

The website includes labeled forms, keyboard focus indicators, a skip-to-content link, image descriptions, and support for reduced-motion preferences. We continue to review the public pages, registration, and member portal as the site changes.

Help using the website

If you have trouble signing in, registering, reading content, or using any feature, email stephen@huskytaildigital.com. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and your preferred way for us to help. Sharing your browser or assistive technology is optional; please do not send passwords or sign-in links.

A coordinator can also help with event information or registration by email at taylor@oiqconsulting.com.

Attending a dinner

Contact the event coordinator before registering if you need information about step-free access, seating, restrooms, communication support, or other accommodations. We can coordinate questions with the venue; access and available arrangements vary by location. You do not need to include a diagnosis in your initial request.

Current limitations and feedback

Our work is ongoing. We have not completed a comprehensive audit with every assistive technology. External maps, payment services, email applications, and venue websites have their own accessibility features and limitations. If one prevents you from completing a task, please contact us for help.
