Terms

These terms describe use of the Tuesday Dinner Club website and participation in club registration. Please read them before registering for a dinner.

The club and your account

Tuesday Dinner Club is an invitation-based dinner and professional networking club. Membership, invitations, and chapter applications are managed by the coordinators. Applying to lead a chapter or attending as a guest does not automatically create membership or authorize you to operate a chapter.

Provide accurate information and use only your own authorized account. Keep emailed sign-in links private. Do not impersonate another person, share account access, bypass access controls, or disrupt the website.

Invitations and registration

Guest codes are issued for a particular event and can be used once, while valid and while space is available. Use only an invitation intended for you. Registration deadlines, event dates, location, capacity, price, and inclusions are shown with the event. A tentative date is not final.

A waitlist place is not a confirmed seat. Follow the event’s payment instructions: a seat is secured when the required payment is received and space has been confirmed. Register and pay by the published deadline; day-of payments are not accepted.

Payments, cancellations, and event changes

Payments are arranged through the coordinators using the methods listed for the event. Verify the recipient and amount before sending payment. The website records payment status; it does not process bank or card details.

If you need to cancel, cannot attend, or want to request a refund, contact taylor@oiqconsulting.com or brian@apexdeltainsurance.com promptly. Changing an RSVP does not itself issue a refund. Restaurant headcounts are committed in advance, so ask the coordinators about the cancellation and refund arrangements for your event before paying. These terms do not establish a blanket non-refundable payment rule.

For a cancelled or rescheduled event, contact the coordinators about your reservation and payment. Do not assume that a payment automatically transfers to another date or guest. Nothing in these terms removes refund or other rights you have under applicable law.

At the table

Treat other guests, coordinators, and venue staff respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, and unsafe behavior are not acceptable. Follow venue rules and applicable law. Coordinators may restrict participation or website access when needed to address misuse or safety concerns.

Tell the coordinator and venue about dietary requirements or accommodation needs before registering. Menus and facilities vary, and the club cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Alcohol service is subject to the venue’s rules and applicable age and service restrictions; an open-bar inclusion does not override them.

Directory, profiles, and content

Use the member directory for appropriate personal and professional connections within the club. Do not scrape, sell, redistribute, or use member details for unsolicited bulk marketing. Respect members’ preferences about contact.

Submit only information and photos that you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your content and allow the club and its service providers to store and display it for your profile and club operations, subject to your directory settings and the Privacy Policy. Uploaded profile photos have publicly accessible image addresses, even when a directory card is hidden.

Website branding, text, and photography belong to their respective owners. Do not reuse them beyond permissions granted by the owner or applicable law. Profile submission does not grant unrestricted permission to use your likeness in unrelated advertising.

Availability and third-party services

We aim to keep event information accurate and the site available, but errors or interruptions can happen. Contact a coordinator if an issue affects a deadline or registration. Venues, maps, email providers, and payment services are separate services with their own terms. The club does not guarantee a particular business introduction or commercial outcome from attending.

See our Privacy Policy for information handling and our Accessibility statement for assistance. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Changes are not intended to retroactively remove rights attached to a payment or completed registration.
