Effective September 12, 2026
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Tuesday Dinner Club and its coordinators handle information through this website, the member portal, and club registration.
Information we collect
- Profiles and contact details: name, email, and any company, industry, phone number, website, biography, or profile photo you provide. Coordinators may also create or update a profile using information you or an inviting member give them.
- Club and event records: chapter, membership and invitation status, inviting member, invite-code use, RSVPs, waitlist status, attendance, and payment status, date, and method recorded by coordinators. Coordinators may keep internal notes used to administer the club.
- Chapter applications: name, email, city or market, optional phone number, application text, and review status.
- Sign-in and technical information: sign-in email, authentication tokens, session records, and information such as IP address, browser details, request times, and errors that our hosting and delivery providers may process to operate and secure their services.
- Messages you send us: questions, corrections, or requests for assistance. Please share only information needed to handle your request.
How information is used
We use this information to manage membership and chapter applications, authenticate members, organize dinners, handle invitations and RSVPs, record payments and attendance, provide the member directory, respond to requests, and protect the service. Club emails include requested sign-in links, invitations, reminders, registration confirmations, and event updates.
Who can see information
Authorized administrators and chapter leaders use club records to carry out their roles. Chapter leaders have access scoped to their assigned chapters. Internal membership ratings and administrative notes are not shown in the member directory.
When your profile is included in the member directory, signed-in members can see the profile and contact details displayed on your card, including your email and any phone number or website provided. You can turn off directory visibility in My profile, or ask a coordinator to do so. This hides your card from other members; it does not remove administrative records. The public homepage shows industry categories and a member count rather than the member roster, apart from the named coordinator contacts.
Profile photos are stored at publicly accessible image addresses. Anyone with an image address may be able to view it, even if your directory card is hidden. Upload only a photo you are comfortable sharing this way. Hiding a profile or replacing a photo does not automatically delete the stored image. Contact us to request photo removal; previously downloaded copies may remain with their recipients.
We use Vercel for hosting and photo storage, Neon for database storage, and Resend for email delivery. They process information needed to provide those services. If you pay through an external service such as Zelle or Venmo, that service handles your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. This website does not collect bank credentials or payment-card numbers.
Information needed to arrange your attendance may also be shared with the event venue. If you ask us to coordinate an accommodation, discuss with us what information needs to be passed on. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security issues, or legal claims.
Cookies and tracking
The member portal uses an essential sign-in cookie called tdc_session, with a lifetime of up to 30 days. Sign out to end your session on that browser. Blocking this cookie prevents the portal from keeping you signed in. Sign-in links are single-use and expire after 20 minutes.
The website currently does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics tracking, and does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through the website. It does not use third-party advertising trackers to follow visitors across websites. There is no optional tracking to enable through a cookie banner. Hosting and security services may still process technical information needed to deliver the site.
Retention and security
Member, application, and event records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. Past event records are retained as club history, and authentication expiry does not necessarily delete the underlying database record. Contact us to request deletion or to ask about a particular record. Some information may need to be retained for payment records, legal obligations, security, or resolving a dispute; backup and service-provider copies may persist according to their retention processes.
We use encrypted website connections, access controls, and time-limited sign-in links. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep sign-in links private and sign out on shared devices.
Your choices and requests
You can edit available profile fields and directory visibility in My profile. For email changes, access or correction requests, deletion requests, photo removal, or questions about your information, contact stephen@huskytaildigital.com. You may also ask a coordinator to stop future event invitations.
Privacy rights depend on where you live and which laws apply. We will handle requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Please do not email identity documents unless we first agree on an appropriate verification method. If a request cannot be fulfilled in full, we will explain why.
Children and external services
The club website is intended for adult professionals and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Links to venue websites, maps, and payment services lead to separate services governed by their own privacy practices.
Changes and contact
We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making relevant changes to how information is used.
For privacy matters, contact Tuesday Dinner Club, Las Vegas, through stephen@huskytaildigital.com.
